12 July

Sup!

July already and it's been two weeks of services in the Army. My time here has been good, I think Estonian Army can rename themselves as an 11 months of vacation. Like really...

Ok I got here on 30 June and on Monday there was a little accident that happened with me, I dropped my phone and it got hit so bad that I'm not able to use it anymore. Luckily by the end of the week my brother bought me another phone, so I could communicate with some of the people. The sad thing is, a lot of important things are now locked down to my old phone and it seems there's nothing I could do. All the important numbers, messages and other contact information are gone. Right now I hope that my brother can buy me another phone as well. This time a smartphone. It seems that I have to stick with two phones, while I'm working or doing some action stuff I need to have a phone that can resist any type of hits, Samsung Duos can do it - I tried it already, but on a free time I need to check all my stuff on the Web, so a new smartphone is necessary as well. Hopefully by the end of the month, this thing is solved.

But back to the Amry stuff. As I mentioned- this sh*t is easy. And it bothers me a lot. My level is going down in any aspect. While I was home, I did 100 push ups with 10 kg easily, no there's no problem for me do to 100, but I'm not sure if I could do it with 10 extra kg. Also the lessons we are having here. there's like 7-8 lessons a day, each take 45 minutes and then there's like 5-10 minutes off. This is quite bs as well IMO. Basically it's like I'm back in the 9-th grade, learning what each symbol on the map means, pointless. The mos exiting lessons are with guns, we are using AK-4s, quite simple and easy gun. On next week we are going to shoot with them as well, then things get a bit interesting I hope.  Also, at the beginning of this week we had the physical test that they do in the Army, called NATO test. On the media it's said that do do it, you need to be in a good shape, you need to be fit as a top athletes and most of the people actually fail the test on a first try - TOTALLY BS.  I'm not sure, but here, in my battalion a bit less then a 50 % of the guys did it, if I'm correct, and there were many guys who did it to the max points or near it. Don't believe  when people say, that Estonian man is worthless and weak, it's not true + don't believe that Army puts the man in a good shape, it doesn't. We have to work on our own to get in good shape...

Another big issue with me and the Army is the thing that we don't have time to be alone. Back home I really enjoied my training , because I could be alone. Here I can train alone as well, but there's always some dudes who see me and they join me, starting asking some questions and stuff. Well I...... I just want to have some time on my own.     Like this....!!!!!
