Sup!!
Been a while again, but that's how I roll. I changed my training methods some time ago and from that time every morning I woke up, I'm having some muscle fever, sometimes more sometimes less. Today I felt some mad pain. I still went for a training in the morning, but I couldn't do any lowers ( my best combo was a simple amatw amatw nt in some kind of combo), so I trained some uppers and minor sits. Right now I still have a pain in my legs and in my back. Taking this night easily so I can give maximum out tomorrow.
Also I have done a lot of studing so I should be finishig my school probably at the beginning of December ( yeah there still are some tests to do, but they should not be a problem + I'm going to do 2 of my exams at the beginning of December, so my January should be just awesome). Right now many many live performances are coming up, so I should make some cool routines for them, definitely going to use a TRON a lot. Also I have planned to make a little video in December/January, because I haven't made any video since March, haha!!!
