On Thursday I had one small live performance in Kuremaa. There was a some kind of camp for children, so I was asked to show off some skills. When I got there, the conditions weren't the best, it had just rained and I had to perform on a grass, which was slippery as hell. They offered me a chance to perform inside, but that would have been a big mindfu*k to gather all the equipment ( speakers, computures etc) inside for only one performance, plus all the people were allready gathered outside. So I did my performance. I had some drops, but it sure looked like the growd loved it. After the performance I was asked to talk about freestyle and then teach kids some tricks etc. Someone asked me to do a my hardest trick, so I went for skala, while I was doing it, I lost the grip between my shoes and grass and I fell down, haha!!! Still it was a dope event.
After the performance one small boy just ran to me and gave me a piece of paber, I was thinking that he's going to ask my atogram, but no, he had drawn a picture and was giving it to me...
And yesterday I received a mail on facebook. It was someone from the camp saying that before my performance he didn't like freestyle football at all, but now he does. What an amazing feeling to inspire other people. In times like these you sure know, that you are moving on the right track, thanks...
