Have been training quite hard for past few days and now I'm in serious muscle pain. Actually it all started Monday. I was training until I felt pain in my muscles for the first time, but then went on with the training. After I quite I stretched and did everything I normally do after the training. Yesterday morning was quite normal, so I went for a session before the school. Then I felt some small pain in my muscles, but I wanted to do some freestyle so bad, so I carried on for 3 hours and quit because of cramps. When I came home from school and had studied for some time I wanted to move myself again, so I went for 8 km running. While there the muscle pain got worse. Came home, stretched and had a chilled evening while watching Dortmund vs Real Madrid. Now I woke up early, wanted to go for a training, but oh no, muscle pain got me so bad, that it's even hard to walk, shi*. Today is definitely off, but tomorrow I have to be back in the shape, because I have some plans, which were planned a weeks ago and on Saturday I have one small LP.
