Sup guys!!
I've been training a lot lately, also done some filming. Have got some really nice combos, but unfortunately nothing on tape. I still got a lot of clips to do, before summer ends and I'll do them as soon as possible. Today I have a day off. I came home from work and felt pain in my back. I tried to do some freestyle, but it was impossible to do any uppers, lowers and sits, because of my back. So today I'll give it a rest and hopefully tomorrow I'm back in shape, cause good combos won't wait...

peaaegu terve aasta iga päev neid tehtud. antud juhul oli asi pigem suuremas koormuses...
